Who Is WILMOTH?
Good question! Glad you asked.
WILMOTH Management and Leasing is a part of the WILMOTH Group. WILMOTH Group is a specialized real estate company serving homeowners, investors, and institutions with the sale and management of their properties. We are known for our "creative solutions" to all types of real estate issues.
Fortunately for you, and not so much for us, we have been in existence since 1991. That means we are old...well not really. But we are not the new kids on the block and our experience shows.
When you need management of your home or real estate portfolio, this is the team you will work with.
Joel Wilmoth- co-owner (with his lovely bride Jennifer) and also the company's broker.
Karen Arnold- Property Manager- a 20 year veteran of the property management industry. Karen will make sure your property is managed to provide the returns you expect.
Tami Lansdell- Tami keep us all straight..every day. Why? She handles the books and keeps your data up to date and current.
There is also a cast of many field and support people who assist us on the ring of a telephone.
